Located in an exclusive area of Puerto del Carmen, this newly constructed 3 bedroom villa, has been finished to the highest possible standard, with solid hardwood internal doors, double glazing and polished marble floors throughout.
It has spectacular views of the harbour, the old town, and usually the sandy beaches of Corralejo, on the nearby island of Fuerteventura. The property is set in a very quiet residential area with private off road parking. It includes a large modern, fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops. Living, dining area with plasma TV, satellite receiver and DVD player. The air conditioned living room leads directly onto a large terrace with a 6 x 3m pool, fitted with counter current swimming jets and solar heating.
The master bedroom with patio doors leading directly onto a secluded terrace, is air conditioned and has been fitted with a king size bed. The ensuite bathroom has overhead shower and a jacuzzi style bath.
The remaining accomodation is made up of two twin bedded rooms with a family bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The property has been tastefully furnished and decorated (I believe) and has panoramic views of the sea, from both the kitchen, the living room and two of the bedrooms.
Whilst very secluded and private, all the amenities that you require for a fabulous holiday are right on your doorstep
Less than 100 metres from the nearest supermarket and only five minutes walk down to the old town, whatever you want, you wont have to go far.
For those who want to self cater, an excellent British butcher is nearby. Great steaks and roasts, and fabulous home made sausages and burgers.
Try their garlic sausages .....Brilliant.
If eating out is your thing, then try Mario's for pizza and pasta, Bellinis for that intimate evening, and for traditional Spanish food you just have to try
Chalana, very popular with locals. All this within 2 minutes walk from the villa?
As you stroll down to the harbour through the narrow streets you will be amazed at the choice and variety of places to eat, Spanish, English, Irish, Scottish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian, Polish, it just goes on.......
If you want a very special night out, try and visit Amura In Puerto Calero, (a favourite of the Spanish royalty) or a visit to restaurant Altamar in the Arreciffe Gran Hotel in Arreciffe, where the restaurant has spectacular views from the 17th floor! A little bit more expensive, but certainly worth the effort.
Fancy a day out? Try a boat tour from the harbour or nearby Puerto Calero marina, have a trip on the yellow submarine, or try your luck on a deep sea fishing trip. Plenty of bus tours available also. Spend the day touring the island, visit Timanfaya and experience the volcano close up, or why not hire a car and enjoy the freedom of doing your own thing;
Tapas in Tias, wine tasting in La Geria or shopping in Arrecife
For those of you not wanting to spend your time lying about the pool, eating and drinking then don't despair.There is plenty of things to keep you occupied. Try the parascending, banana boat or jet skis in the harbour. Go karting, or try an off road safari!
There a number of PADI registered diving schools nearby, so why not take the time to explore the deep blue ocean.
